Tiffany Haddish has offered fans an encouraging update on the long-anticipated sequel, Girls Trip 2. In a recent interview and magazine feature, the actress revealed that production talks are progressing and filming might begin soon.
Haddish shared that she and her co-stars have been actively discussing the project. The update comes after several years of anticipation from fans eager to see the follow-up to the 2017 hit comedy.
“We had a meeting last week. They were saying we’re probably gonna start shooting next year.”
According to Haddish, filming could start in the spring of 2026, before the summer season begins.
