German leisure airline Condor concluded 35 years of operating Boeing 757 aircraft with a special farewell flight on November 5, 2025. The airline's last Boeing 757-300, registered as D-ABOM and painted in a distinctive red-and-white candy-striped livery, carried over 100 passengers on a round-trip from Frankfurt to Vienna before being retired from commercial service.
For more than three decades, the slender Boeing 757 formed the core of Condor’s short and medium-haul fleet. The airline operated a total of 18 Boeing 757-200s and 9 Boeing 757-300s, according to ch-aviation.
Most of Condor’s Boeing 757s have been retired in recent weeks. Several of the aircraft were ferried to Cotswold Airport in the UK to be dismantled for parts.
The final Boeing 757 flight on November 5 included long-serving Condor staff, journalists, and loyal Boeing 757 enthusiasts. Condor auctioned 75 tickets through its online shop in September 2025 to allow fans to join this historic journey.
