Customer Research Startup Dialogue Raises $6m
Dialogue, a US-based product development customer research startup, has launched with $6m in seed funding in Los Angeles.
The company, founded by Benjamin Lo, Justin Hoang, and Hubert Chen, uses an AI moderator to conduct interviews with participants sourced through its network.
- Founders previously worked at companies including Apple, Snapchat, Reddit, and Twitter.
- Seed funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Seven Stars, Uncommon Projects, The Tornante Company, and angel investors.
Dialogue will use the funding to accelerate product development, strengthen its enterprise-grade platform, and scale the business.
