- Pakistan's new ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Shafqat Ali Khan, has arrived in Abu Dhabi and assumed his duties.
- Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, the new Ambassador to Russia, has taken charge of his responsibilities in Moscow.
- Former ambassador to Russia, Khalid Khan Jamali, has been appointed as Additional Foreign Secretary (Administration) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
