Project Snapshot: 221-unit Apartment Project in the Fan
A large multifamily construction project is underway in the Fan, with Audeo Partners, a D.C.-based developer, leading the effort.
The site, located at the corner of South Robinson Street and Grayland Avenue, has been excavated for a below-grade parking deck. The project consists of two 4-story apartment buildings, totaling 221 units, at 2425 and 2501 Grayland Ave.
Visible work began earlier this year with excavation for the underground parking garage, and recently, concrete has been poured for the building foundation, preparing the site to go vertical.
The 1.7-acre site was previously a surface parking lot and included an auxiliary warehouse for Dominion Energy.
