Capital A, the parent company of AirAsia, is reviving its plan to list a subsidiary on Nasdaq in 2024.
This move comes as the Malaysian group nears exit from its financially distressed status after a major restructuring.
Capital A CEO Tony Fernandes announced the plan during a press conference in Kuala Lumpur.
The listing is part of the group's growth strategy, according to Fernandes.
