Halloween Safety Tips from Hinsdale Police

- Pedestrians should never walk in the street or cross mid-block, and always look both ways before crossing at corners.
- Children should wear light colors or use reflective tape, glow sticks, or flashlights to remain visible to motorists after dusk.
- Trick-or-treat with an adult or in groups, and only visit known neighborhoods.
- Do not enter strangers' homes and inform an adult of your planned return time.
