Leonard Green Acquires Epiphany Dermatology
Epiphany Dermatology, a partner to dermatologists across 67 locations in the US, has been sold by CI Capital Partners to Leonard Green & Partners.
The company, founded in 2014, provides various dermatologic services, including general dermatology, skin cancer care, Mohs surgery, and cosmetic services.
“We believe that Epiphany has built a thoughtfully designed and highly scalable platform to support high-performing dermatologists,” stated Alyse Wagner, a partner at Leonard Green & Partners.
Epiphany's CEO, Gheorghe Pusta, will continue to lead the company as it expands access to high-quality skin care in underserved markets.
No financial terms of the acquisition were disclosed.
