Retrospective plans to convert a former filling station into a drive-thru dessert cafe have been refused.
Planners cited concerns over "congestion and indiscriminate parking" on Great Horton Road, which is already a busy area.
The site, located at the junction of Great Horton Road and Havelock Street, was previously an MOT garage before being converted into a business called Shake Street.
