Coretax Repair Set to Finish in January 2026
Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa announced that the government aims to complete the Coretax repair by January 2026.
The repair process was initially planned to be concluded within a month but was delayed due to the complexity of the system, which was built over four years.
"This project was built over four years with various obstacles. But I am confident that once full access is handed over to us, everything can be completed by January. The security system and infrastructure will also be sufficient,"
said Purbaya during a press conference at the Ministry of Finance, Jakarta, on Friday, October 24, 2025.
The delay was caused by the contract with LG CNS-Qualysoft Consortium, the main vendor of Coretax development.
