Science Museum Files Lawsuit Over Digital Billboard
The Frost Museum of Science is suing the Florida Department of Transportation to remove a large digital billboard operated by the Pérez Art Museum Miami (Pamm), citing violation of state laws.
The billboard, which faces the MacArthur Causeway, was previously subject to a dispute between Pamm and the city of Miami, settled last month.
The 1,800-sq.-ft digital billboard may put future federal highway funding for Florida in jeopardy.
