Ajay Mitchell scored an NBA-high 26 points, helping the Oklahoma City Thunder secure a second straight double-overtime win in the 2025-26 NBA Regular Season.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander set a career-high with 55 points, leading the defending champions to a 141-135 victory over the Indiana Pacers at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
“We all have the same mentality. Everybody has to be ready to play,”
explained Ajay Mitchell, who also had four assists, three rebounds, and one steal in 38 minutes. Mitchell added,
“Today was my grandmother’s birthday.”
The Thunder improved to 2-0 in the season with this win.
