The Luzerne County Election Board's post-election adjudication will begin earlier than in previous years.
According to Election Director Emily Cook, the adjudication process will start on Thursday, November 6, at 9 a.m. on the third floor of the Penn Place Building.
Adjudication determines the validity of flagged mail and provisional ballots and tallies write-in votes.
