Car Fire in Ashton-on-Ribble
A car burst into flames on Queensway in Ashton-on-Ribble, filling the street with smoke on Saturday, October 18.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene shortly after 4pm.
According to eyewitnesses, the car, believed to be a Ford Focus, was driven into the street while smoking to prevent the fire from spreading to a nearby house.
No one is reported to have been hurt in the fire.
