PSP Investigating Fuel Theft Incidents
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating fuel thefts at Rutters Gas Stations in Schuylkill and Berks Counties.
The incident occurred at Rutters Gas Station, located at 1160 Centre Turnpike in Orwigsburg, Schuylkill County, where a suspect fueled a truck with over $400 in diesel fuel and left without paying.
- The vehicle is a 2007 Freightliner with Pennsylvania registration AH46464.
- The truck is registered to Benjamin Polanco-Morillo of York, PA.
- The truck's cab has faded red paint on the top.
- The individuals fueling it typically operate late at night or in the early morning hours.
Investigators believe additional Rutters locations may also have been targeted.
