Wistaston Man Charged Following Police Pursuit
A 20-year-old man from Wistaston has been charged after a police car pursuit in South Cheshire.
Officers stopped a Seat Ibiza on Cross Lane in Sandbach following a pursuit that began in Congleton at around 11:50pm on Tuesday, October 14th. Two men were arrested nearby in relation to the incident.
- Jayden Burden, 20, of Laburnum Avenue, Wistaston, has been charged with:
- dangerous driving
- driving without a licence
- driving without insurance
- failing to stop
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court. A 29-year-old man who was arrested at the scene has been released on bail.
