Havas Interest in Dentsu's International Assets
Havas has expressed potential interest in acquiring or partnering with some of Dentsu's international assets.

According to François Laroze, Havas' chief financial officer and chief operating officer, Dentsu is a "very strong and big asset all over the world with a nice network". However, he noted that the Japanese agency group is "too big" to buy outright.
