Hammer falls on northern Wheatbelt aggregation as it goes to family farms

Three sizeable properties at west Binnu have been sold to family farmers.

A sizeable aggregation of northern Wheatbelt properties has gone under contract this month, with the properties due to settle in early 2026.

"The buyers are new to this part of the northern Wheatbelt and it is good to see some fresh faces in the Binnu region,"

Nutrien Harcourts WA rural and horticultural real estate specialist, Yves Beagley, said Pine Crest Farms and Harbrook farm were sold to different buyers, who will take over next year.

The properties were sold to buyers from outside the district for undisclosed sums.

Author's summary: Family farms acquire northern Wheatbelt properties.
