F1 News: F1 Rookie Tipped for 'Big Seat' in 'Maybe Two Years'

Oliver Bearman will race for a team higher up the order than Haas in "maybe two years" with Sam Bird tipping the Ferrari junior to land a "big seat".

Bearman made a surprise appearance in Formula 1 last season, replacing Carlos Sainz at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and scoring points for Ferrari.

He then became the first driver in F1 history to score points for two different teams in his first two races, finishing tenth for Haas at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

Although the Scuderia wasn’t specifically mentioned, Sam Bird believes Bearman will land a "big seat" in the near future.

Author's summary: Bearman to get big seat soon.
