Cody Balmer, a 38-year-old man from Harrisburg, has pleaded guilty to all charges against him, including attempted murder and terrorism.
He appeared in person at the Dauphin County Courthouse in Harrisburg, where he pleaded guilty to one count of attempted murder of Gov. Josh Shapiro, as well as aggravated arson, burglary, and over 20 counts of arson.
Balmer was accused of firebombing the Pennsylvania governor's residence in April.
