National Veterinary Technician Week 2025
The 2025 National Veterinary Technician Week takes place from Sunday, October 12, to Saturday, October 18.
Theme: Paths to Success
The theme, "Paths to Success: Shining a Light on Credentialed Veterinary Technician Stars," was selected by the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America (NAVTA). It recognizes the unique journeys of veterinary technicians to earn skilled certifications and the mentors who assisted them.
Beckie Mosser, RVT, president of NAVTA, said the theme provides an opportunity to celebrate the diverse paths available in the profession and those who helped create them.
Credentialed veterinary technicians work in various fields, including general practice, emergency and specialty care, classrooms, laboratories, research, industry, and public health.
