Sean Stewart, son of Grammy-winning rockstar Rod Stewart, faced a harsh introduction to professional boxing during his debut at Misfits Boxing’s ‘Duel’ event in Nashville.
A modest crowd gathered in Music City to watch the latest Misfits Boxing event, featuring new professionals alongside celebrity boxing matches. Sean Stewart fought against popular streamer BDave, who is known in the influencer boxing scene.
BDave entered the ring playing Rod Stewart’s music, adding a personal touch to the bout. Early in the match, Sean managed to press forward and land a few punches despite being the visitor.
However, during an exchange, Sean dropped his guard and was swiftly caught by BDave’s punch, resulting in him falling to the canvas.
The referee stopped the fight immediately after Sean hit the ground, marking the knockout at only 15 seconds into the fight.
This victory was BDave’s second consecutive knockout.
Rod Stewart was performing in London and could not attend the fight in Nashville, possibly sparing him the difficult experience of watching his son’s quick defeat.
Sean Stewart’s promising boxing journey began with a harsh lesson in the ring, showing that even long-term training faces tough realities against experienced opponents.
