Mattel has revealed the detailed KPop Demon Hunters dolls, with pre-orders opening November 12 through Mattel Creations. However, fans will face a long wait, as the dolls are not expected to arrive until fall 2026.
Those planning to pre-order for the holidays will need patience since delivery is estimated "by October 2026," according to Mattel. Although the dolls will launch before the upcoming sequel, the wait remains lengthy.
For this initial release, the dolls will only be sold as a full set. Buyers cannot purchase individual characters; they must buy Rumi, Mira, and Zoey together. The “What It Sounds Like” three-pack is priced at $150.
The designs of Zoey, Rumi, and Mira are impressive. Their “What It Sounds Like” outfits match the film’s look, with notable details like Rumi’s prominent demon marks.
However, the dolls appear more like collectibles due to their elaborate design, which explains the higher price point common to Mattel Creations releases.
If committing to all three dolls is daunting, Mattel plans additional toy drops in 2026 with more accessible options. Fans can also look forward to Huntr/x dolls wearing the “How It’s Done” outfits and versions that sing the song “Golden.”
“If you snag a pre-order with holiday gift-giving in mind, you’ll have to print out an IOU and stick it in a Christmas stocking, because the dolls are estimated to arrive ‘by October 2026,’ according to Mattel.”
“Did we mention that, at least for this initial Mattel run, the dolls will only come as a package deal?”
Author’s summary: The KPop Demon Hunters dolls offer detailed designs and collectible appeal, but fans must wait until late 2026 and purchase the full $150 set initially, with more options expected in the future.
