Finn Wolfhard has shared emotional insights about the upcoming fifth and final season of Stranger Things. The first part, Volume 1, debuts on Netflix on November 26, featuring the first four episodes.
In an interview with SFX Magazine, the actor reflected on filming his last scenes as Mike Wheeler. He spoke about what it felt like to say goodbye to a role he has played since 2016 and hinted at what to expect in the series’ conclusion.
“Mike is in mission mode. He and his friends are on a mission to finish this and try to find Vecna.”
Wolfhard added that the final scene for his character felt especially powerful:
“I was definitely pleased with it. It was bigger than I could have imagined. Reading the last part, it felt huge, and it ended in the best way possible for my character.”
