Actor Jacob Elordi, known for his role in "Frankenstein", takes part in a new Bottega Veneta campaign directed by renowned 93-year-old photographer Duane Michals. The project continues the brand's creative alignment with the world of fine art.
A Poetic Collaboration
Elordi visited Michals’s Gramercy Park apartment for the evocative black-and-white shoot. The imagery captures him surrounded by flowers, a feather, tangled branches, and a distorting mirror—symbols characteristic of Michals’s surreal style.
The “What Are Dreams” Campaign
The photographs and a short behind-the-scenes film premiere in Bottega Veneta’s campaign titled “What Are Dreams.” In the film, Elordi sits in a rocking chair, his tone quiet and introspective as he recites Michals’s verse.
“It is our enigmatic fate that we must dream in time and wait,” Elordi reads, as soft piano music drifts in the background.
