The Hong Kong Sixes 2025 cricket tournament begins on November 7, featuring 12 teams competing in a fast-paced, six-player-a-side format. This event offers a unique occasion for fans to witness international stars in action despite Hong Kong's Associate Member status in the ICC.
The Hong Kong Sixes started in the 1990s as a way to showcase international cricket talent to local spectators. Initially held between 1993–1997, it returned from 2001–2012, appeared briefly in 2017, and was relaunched in 2024 as a regular annual event with official board approval.

All matches will be held at Hong Kong's Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground. The group stage will follow a single round-robin format, where the top two teams from each pool advance to the quarterfinals. The knockout rounds will consist of single-elimination matches.
Teams eliminated before the main knockout phase will compete in bowl and plate fixtures to determine their final positions.
The event will be broadcast live on Sony Sports Network and streamed on SonyLiv.
