Woman Claims Transgender Woman Verbally Taunted Her in Gym Locker Room
Singer Tish Hyman said she confronted a transgender woman inside the women’s locker room at a Los Angeles gym, now operated by EōS Fitness and formerly known as Gold’s Gym. The incident was captured on a cellphone video that has since gone viral.
According to Hyman, it was not the first time she had seen men in that restroom. She claimed similar incidents happened four times in the past two weeks and that her complaints to gym staff received no response.
“I was scared, and I told him to leave. He would not leave and had no regard for my naked body,” Hyman stated.
“He said to me, verbatim, ‘Straight women like to see D (genitals), so if anything, they’re looking at me more than you,’” she recalled.
In the footage, Hyman can be heard shouting, “Stay out of the women’s locker room, we don’t want it!” The identity of the other person has not been disclosed, and authorities have not indicated that any legal violation occurred. Hyman said both were eventually escorted out, and her membership was revoked due to her reaction during the altercation.
