After the conclusion of the 2025 NAB AFLW Home and Away Season, the AFL has confirmed the Week One fixture for the 2025 Finals Series, marking the 10th anniversary of AFLW competition.

- Match: Carlton vs West Coast Eagles

Second Qualifying Final
- Date: Sunday, 9 November, 3:05 PM NZDT
- Match: Melbourne vs Brisbane Lions
- Venue: IKON Park
Second Elimination Final
- Date: Sunday, 9 November, 5:05 PM NZDT
- Match: Adelaide Crows vs St Kilda
- Venue: Norwood Oval
