The Phoenix Suns have yet to see their lineup at full strength. Key starters Jalen Green and Dillon Brooks have missed several games due to injuries.
"It's continuing to evaluate them day-by-day. We haven't had a ton of 5-on-5 because of our schedule. Yesterday, the day in between, more just film and walk through. They've been able to partake in all of that."
"You can see him in games, how engaged he is and how much he wants to be out there. It's the same in practice. He's been great the entire time. So he's getting it in here and there and that's really helped him as he's progressed here."
Both players joined the Suns via the Kevin Durant trade with the Houston Rockets. Green was initially ruled out before the regular season and is set for re-evaluation in about ten days. Although no clear timeline has been established for his Suns debut, his dedication in practice suggests progress.
Coach Ott is hopeful that, when Green returns to live action, his impact will be accelerated due to the training reps he has been able to complete despite not playing in games.

The Suns continue to monitor Green and Brooks' injuries closely, balancing cautious recovery with preparation for a full return to competitive play.
