Remembering Philippe Brégeon

Friends and family pay homage to the late entrepreneur's hardworking nature and passion for bringing people together.

Philippe Brégeon was a planner, but meeting his wife was accidental. He met Christina Reed over a decade ago in Paris while bar-hopping with mutual friends.

"The Mona Lisa wouldn’t normally be romantic," Reed said, "but Phil made it romantic."

Brégeon was a serial entrepreneur and networking organizer who loved adventure and connection. He died unexpectedly in late August after a scooter accident in DC, resulting in irreversible brain damage.

Brégeon often described himself as a "scale-upper".
