Hilary Duff is making a comeback to music with her new single, Mature, released on November 6 through Atlantic Records. This marks her first musical release since 2015's Sparks from the album Breathe In.
Duff announced the single on social media, sharing artwork featuring a tripled image of herself bathed in pink tones.
“Mature” celebrates her evolution from a 2000s teen icon to a confident pop veteran reclaiming her voice and story.
Alongside the single, Duff will star in a new docuseries directed by Sam Wrench, known for his work on Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour and A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter. The series will document her recording journey and preparation for live performances after a ten-year hiatus.
The docuseries promises a behind-the-scenes look at Duff's artistic growth and her resurgence as one of pop’s most influential figures of the 2000s.
“Nearly two decades since shaping 2000s teen pop, Duff’s new era promises a deeper, self-assured version of the icon who defined a generation.”
Author's summary: Hilary Duff returns after 10 years with “Mature,” marking a confident new chapter that reflects her growth and lasting influence in pop culture.
