Lachin Blockade ‘Eco-Activist’ Meets Armenian Counterparts
A meeting between Azerbaijani and Armenian civil society members took place in Yerevan on October 22.
Among the attendees was Dilara Efendiyeva, a prominent “eco-activist” who participated in the 2022-2023 Nagorno-Karabakh blockade and has close ties to the government.
- The meeting was headed by Armen Grigoryan, head of Armenia’s Security Council.
- Other Azerbaijani participants are connected to pro-government NGOs, according to opposition figures.
