Harris is a kicker and left-handed relief pitcher for the Braves. While his baseball teammates practice, Harris is preparing for football, a rare feat for a college athlete.
“Baseball was my first love,” Harris said. “But I’ve always loved football, too. I just wanted to find a place where I could do both.
Harris is successfully balancing two sports, a challenge that most college athletes do not undertake.
