A public transport safety survey has found that loud phone conversations from fellow passengers are the biggest annoyance for Amsterdamers using the network.
The Social Safety Public Transport Monitor report, conducted by the Department of Research and Statistics in Amsterdam, reveals that 67% of respondents find being forced to listen to other people's loud phone conversations the most annoying aspect of using the city's public transport.
