Chef Clare Smyth has revealed that her Sydney restaurant, Oncore, will close early next year. The venue, which opened in 2021, marks her second restaurant and first international establishment following the launch of her original restaurant in 2017.

“After four incredible years, we announce that Oncore by Clare Smyth will close its doors at Crown Sydney.”

Clare Smyth, raised in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, spent 13 years working under Gordon Ramsay and served as chef-patron of the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
