The alleged incident occurred in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, on December 30, 2017. As part of the court’s restrictions, Smith is prohibited from contacting the alleged victim or approaching their residence, workplace, or school.

“We recognize how difficult an allegation of this nature is for all involved. Out of respect for the legal process, we will not comment further on the case.”
